Terms of Use

This Terms of Use (End User License Agreement) governs how you may use the VocabMate Pro application. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By installing or using the app, you accept this agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use VocabMate Pro on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial learning.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, dictionary, or language packs.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, encryption, or usage limits (including free-tier limits).
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service or harvest content.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Share your account or resell access to premium features.

3. User Content

If you create custom vocabulary packs or other content, you keep ownership of it but grant us a license to store and process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you create and must not include unlawful or infringing material.

4. AI-Generated Content

Stories and example sentences are generated with AI for learning purposes and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. They are study aids, not authoritative references. Do not rely on them for professional, legal, medical, or other critical decisions.

5. Third-Party Services & App Stores

The app may rely on third-party services and is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use is also subject to the applicable store's terms. Where the app is obtained through the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement with the right to enforce it.

6. Updates

We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. Some updates may be required for continued use. This license covers all updates unless they come with separate terms.

7. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it. We may suspend or revoke access for misuse. On termination you must stop using the app; provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppsDreamers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. See our Terms & Conditions for the full disclaimer and liability limits.
