VocabMate Pro collects the following information when you create an account: first name, last name, email address, and avatar selection. We also collect learning progress, search history, and device information for app functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide the vocabulary learning service, sync progress across devices, personalize your experience, send notifications (if enabled), and improve our content based on aggregate analytics.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Firebase (authentication), RevenueCat (subscription management), Stripe (web payments), OneSignal (push notifications), AppsFlyer (install attribution), Google AdMob (ads for free users on mobile), and Cloudflare (CDN and storage).

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. Dictionary and language pack data on mobile devices is encrypted using SQLCipher. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account, or see our Data Deletion page. This action is irreversible.

6. Children's Privacy

VocabMate Pro is intended for users aged 13 and above as stated in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
