Data Deletion

You can delete your VocabMate Pro account and all associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Option 1: Delete from the app

The fastest way to delete your account and data:

1. Open the VocabMate Pro app.
2. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account, learning progress, search history, custom packs, and all personal information are removed immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address associated with your account at support@vocabmatepro.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Account details (name, email, avatar)
• Learning progress and statistics
• Search history and custom vocabulary packs
• Subscription association (managed billing records are retained only as required by Apple, Google, or law)
